Visionary Interim CEO Announcement
We are delighted to announceFiona Sandford, currentlyCEO of Visibility in Scotland, will be taking on the role of interim CEO of Visionary when Alison Oliver goes on maternity leave in March 2018. Getting ready for the new data protection legislation – GDPR 25 May 2018
Visionary announced its provisional programme of support before Christmas. This is available to local sight loss organisations. If you missed it before Christmas, this will start in January 2018 and will provide a member tailored response to concerns raised about how to become compliant within the new GDPR legislation and for the general practice of good data protection. Changes to BIG LotteryReaching Communities funding programme
The application process for Reaching Communitiesis changing to make it easier for groups and communities to apply for National Lottery funding.
In order to do this, there will be a temporary pause on the submission of Reaching Communities applications between Monday 15 January and Monday 2 April. All applications received before 15 January will be processed in the existing manner.
