Establishment of a sector-wide Insight base

The vision for this workstream, is to create a central Insight hub with social research and lived experience at its core – a single trusted source of truth for the whole sector (and beyond) to use. Areas under consideration include defining an audience, platform, content and curation, branding, and sustainability.

Visionary members and partners are invited to engage with this development at the Visionary Annual Conference 2021.

On Friday 26 November, delegates are invited to join the workstream on their quest to establish a single trusted source of truth for the whole sector (and beyond) to use.  You will learn about their vision to create a Sector-wide Insight base collating insights, evidence, and statistics about the lives of blind and partially sighted people.

You will be updated on progress so far, and invited to help us identify the audiences the group should focus on, and what those audiences need from such a Hub to enable them to provide the best possible support for blind and partially sighted people.
