We are now looking to appoint a CRM, Evidence and impact analysist to join our team based in Manchester. As the CRM, Evidence & Impact Analyst, you will support all areas of the Henshaws Sight Loss Support Team to be evidence-based, needs-led and clearly demonstrate impact to support Henshaws overall strategy. You will effectively manage the monitoring and evaluation of all services by promoting and embedding best practices for evaluation and impact measurement.

Key responsibilities will include:

To establish and maintain effective working relationships to ensure evidence and impact are embedded across the Sight Loss Support Team.
Agreeing objectives with the senior leadership team in line with Henshaws strategy. Manage and monitor data to track performance against key indicators, including creating and managing access to live dashboards.
Lead on CRM database strategy and development. Liaise with colleagues and support services to ensure changes are agreed and implemented in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will:

Have an understanding of the principles of evidence based health and social care research, critical appraisal and the synthesis of health care research evidence.
Posses knowledge of research methods including data collection and analysis techniques
Advanced skills in research methodologies
