Salary: £22,464 per annum
Contract: fixed term contract for nine months

We have an exciting internship opportunity for a blind or partially sighted person to join our team.

This role is crucial as we approach our anniversary milestone, celebrating 150 years of service. The intern will support our efforts in commemorating this anniversary by enhancing our communication strategies, contributing to our historical archives, and improving accessibility across our platforms. This position is ideal for candidates who have a keen interest in history, communications, and accessibility, and who wish to make a meaningful impact in the community.

You don’t need previous experience, but you do need to demonstrate strong communication skills and an interest or willingness to learn about social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Excellent organisational skills and flexibility to respond to the different requirements of the role will also be required.
