The agreement between you and Visionary is formed on the basis of these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) and will terminate immediately if you breach the Agreement. Visionary reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. The termination of this Agreement or your right to use the Site is without prejudice to any rights which Visionary may have against you in respect of such breach.

Visionary does not accept any liability from any inaccuracy or omission in the information or interruption in availability, you are advised to verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it. Suggestions or advice contained on this website should not be relied upon in place of professional advice. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of facts, instructions, suggestions and/or opinions given on this website before entering into any commitment based upon them.

Registrations

We may require you to register and provide information about yourself, and where you do this you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself (Registration Data).
• Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate current and complete.
• To ensure during the duration of your membership that the Key Contact identified is an active committee member or affiliated school employee, and email address and phone numbers are provided
• To ensure that your association as a data controller has the lawful basis to pass personal data to Visionary as an independent data controller
• To ensure at all times during the course of your membership at least one email address is provided to which Visionary can send you updates regarding your membership and information and notifications about renewals

Personal data

Both parties to this agreement as data controllers will adhere at all times with UK and European Data Protection Laws at all times, and will undertake to transfer and store data securely between each other.

Disclaimers

This Site may contain material which some people may find offensive. Visionary would like to stress that it has no intention of causing any offence and suggests that people who find material contained on the Site offensive should either not view the material in question or should not visit the Site. Visionary bear no responsibility for any offence that may be caused by people viewing the Site.
