What do you do (at Visionary)?

I am Development and Innovation Manager in the member engagement team responsible for supporting members to develop services and for leading on the development of a quality framework and service delivery guidelines and resources to support members.

What do you like most about working for Visionary?

Getting a chance to meet and work with so many amazing local organisations supporting people in the community. And being able to share with them ideas and best practice.

If you could be anywhere on Friday afternoon where would it be?

I would be outside in a beer garden with good friends, ideally with the sun shining, nice pint of real ale in hand and my scruffy dog Dennis by my feet harassing me finish my pint so he can go chase his ball!
