Please note: This is now fully subscribed. If you wish to be added to a waiting list please email Visionary.
Visionary is excited to announce a series of four online workshops focused on event and project management, exclusively for Visionary members.
This is made possible through external funding, which was initially to support the development of members of the Visionary team – but we thought we would share the opportunity and invite members to join us. With only 12 places available, we will be offering one place per organisation on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you would like to join us, please complete the online registration form (opens new window).
Programme Overview
We have created a programme of four sessions which, we hope, will develop skills and knowledge for managing small projects and events. The series will comprise the following sessions:
- Project Management 101 including creating risk assessments, effective time management and budget management
- Monitoring and Evaluating projects and events
- People Skills and Managing Difficult Situations/Conversations
- Marketing and Communications
You can read more about the speakers and sessions below.
Practical Details
The series is aimed at colleagues who would like to develop skills, refresh knowledge or undertake professional development.
Our events will take place online using Zoom. The events are fully funded for paid staff, working in Visionary member organisations. As there are a limited number of places available, we ask that participants commit to attending all four sessions.
