RNIB have five beautiful properties available to visually impaired tenants. The properties are ideal for a single person or couple. Interested parties can apply by completing the housing application form and sending this by email to Colva Ainley.
Swail House
Swail House is situated in the centre of Epsom, close to the centre of town and all amenities. The buildings sit in beautiful gardens behind a huge wall, providing a safe environment for our blind and partially sighted tenants. The community enjoy living with other people with a VI as they all have lived experience.
The site provides internal communal areas as well as the communal gardens. There are also laundry facilities on two floors for those who do not have their own facilities.
For guide dog owners there is a dog grooming area and dog pen for toileting.
