Outlookers welcomes new CEO, Mark Owen

Mark Owen has taken over from Christine Stephen as the CEO of Outlookers (previously known as Kirklees Visual Impairment Network).
Mark who has a vision impairment himself, joined Outlookers in 2019 as the Technology and Finance Manager. Mark also co-hosts the monthly Visionary Tech Forum with David Quarmby, Chair of Trustees at Outlookers.
