Buddy Dogs are canine friends that helps children with a vision impairment build confidence and can have a positive effect on the whole family.
However, Guide Dogs UK are aware that concerns around unexpected vet’s bills are a barrier to many. They are excited to announce that if families apply for a buddy dog in 2024, Guide Dogs will offer to cover the cost of all non-routine vet’s bills throughout the buddy dog partnership.
