Sight Loss Councils logo – A vision for change
The Sight Loss Councils have created two audio guides to tackle the growing number of dog refusals by taxi drivers which are being shared with local authorities and licensing officers. The audio guides in English and Urdu aim to help taxi drivers understand their legal obligations, along with their medical rights when engaging with a blind or partially sighted passenger who has an assistance dog.
