Accessible information in Self-directed Support for people with sensory impairments survey is now live!
The accessible information in Self-directed Support for people with sensory impairments survey is being carried out by the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE) for the Scottish Government. It is for people with sensory impairments, and asks about people’s experience of accessible information for Self-directed Support (SDS) and social care.
The survey is for adults aged over 18 years old with sensory impairment (Deafness, Visual Impairment or Deafblindness). It will take about 15 minutes to complete. Click here to start: Accessible information in Self-directed Support for people with sensory impairments survey
The survey will be open until Friday 9th February 2024.
We would be grateful if you could share this survey with as many people as possible with Deafness, Visual Impairment or Deafblindness who access or would like to access SDS can take part and have their say. This includes people who have been told they are not eligible for SDS, but who feel it would benefit them.
The ALLIANCE are also running a series of SDS lived experience focus groups on behalf of the Scottish Government. Look out for news on these!
If you have any questions, please email The ALLIANCE.
