HR policies and procedures

Whatever size or type of organisation a local sight loss charity is, a range of policies and procedures are required to help ensure the charity provides the best support it can to people living with sight loss. These policies and procedures can also help ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Detailed here is an extensive list of policies and procedures shared by one of our  members (North East Sensory Services).   We have made them available as Word documents so that you can easily use/edit. You will need to be a member to open them with your password. Please do not share them outside of the Visionary network.
