We aim to help all Visionary members to feel better equipped to manage and run themselves. We will develop a range of tools and information to help support volunteers, staff members and trustees of local sight loss charities. The governance section will focus upon overall management support, especially for managers/leaders and boards of trustees.
The policies and procedures section contains an extensive list of sample documents, mostly supplied from other Visionary members. We actively support those in involved in the management and running of local sight loss organisations – volunteers, staff members and boards of trustees.
In this section we will develop a range of resources, case studies and tools for members to use to help them manage and develop themselves more effectively.
