Join us for Impact Month throughout November (and into December) for our themed online sessions, when we will provide resources and insights to help you capture and communicate the meaningful impact of your organisation.
In this session on Impact Month: Authentic – Excellence from the Inside, Jerry will share his perspective on why authenticity matters, how it comes about and how it impacts our customers and employees. He will explain what a culture of authenticity means in the context of Customer Experience; what it is and what it is not. He will showcase a few examples from brands who get it right – and who get it wrong. He will then share practical ideas for how we might make our own organisation more authentic and more customer-centric.
About Jerry Angrave
Jerry Angrave is founder and Director of Empathyce, a strategic customer experience consultancy. He is a Certified Customer Experience Professional and works with companies around the world on their CX programmes in sectors such as aviation, professional services and pharmaceuticals. Jerry is also chair of the Accessibility Advisory Board at Virgin Atlantic and sits on the Accessibility forums at Heathrow and Bristol Airports.
