This monthly closed session is open to CEO’s and whose organisation is part of the Visionary network.

Take an hour a month from your busy schedule for yourself and enjoy a friendly, supportive and themed conversation with fellow CEO’s. You won’t regret it!

On 7 January 2025, the session will be extended by 40 minutes. So from 11 AM , directly after the regular CEO session, we will be joined by Jennifer Morris, from Hult Ashridge who is leading the design work on the development of Vision Partnership’s lived experience leadership programme.  The course facilitators would like to hear what you think so you are more than welcome to stay on for this part or just join for this part.

The purpose of the lived experience leadership project is to launch a leadership programme which will provide people with lived experience of sight loss with the skills and confidence to progress into more senior leadership roles. Hult Ashridge is a leading provider of executive education, who will help design and develop the programme, which it is hoped will launch in quarter two of 2025. They would like to engage with key stakeholders within the Vision Partnership and Visionary network to explore:

• What you want the programme to achieve?
• What are the challenges/opportunities future leaders will face in your organisation?
• What key skills and capabilities you want your future leaders to be equipped with?

New registration required from 1 April 2024

If you have previously registered for this forum, you will need to register again for this new cohort starting from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. Once you have registered for this new cohort, you will be able to join future sessions up until 31 March 2025 using your new registration details.
