In our sector we can spend a lot of our time and energy looking after others – but it is essential that we look after ourselves.

The COVID-19 situation has made such self-care even more challenging.

We recently hosted a self-care session for those involved in local sight loss charities. Topics covered included:

  • Techniques to Manage Anxiety
  • Reducing Stress Tips
  • Sleep tips
  • Self-care work sheet
