Visionary and RNIB legal rights series: Community care
Wednesday 26 March 2025
11:00 am to 12:00pm
Zoom
Join us for the RNIB legal right series with RNIB’s Legal Rights Service Team who will provide you with information regarding supporting the legal rights of your clients in line with specific laws and benefits.
We will look at the Care Act which introduced a national eligibility criterion that must be met in order to qualify for long term social care and support. Many blind and partially sighted people can still experience problems accessing this support in a timely fashion. This one-hour session will look at the current provision, common themes and issues and how to best address them.
