About Carl Hodge
Prior to running his own business, Carl Hodge, Carl was the CEO of Sight Advice South Lakes based in Kendal for over five years before taking over as the CEO of Vision Support Barrow & District in Barrow-in-Furness for 10 years. In that time, Carl maintained services for visually impaired people, did lots of leadership tasks and successfully kept the charities’ income positive. He was instrumental in setting up a partnership of the Cumbria sight loss charities, successfully receiving two joint bids from the National Lottery, and was also part of a joint ECLO and Low Vision bid done in conjunction with two other charities.
