Take On 250 fundraising series – After launch
Thursday 11 April 2024
1:00 pm to 2:00pm
Zoom
Take On 250 fundraising series with 4 sessions taking you through all the fundraising stages from an introduction, to planning, to the launch as well as post launch feedback.
- Session 1: 19 October 2023, 1pm to 2pm – An introduction to the Take On 250 fundraiser – What it is, how it started and where to start. The team at RNIB will introduce what Take On 250 is and how members can get involved. We will look at the proposed launch dates and discuss what you would like to see from the support on offer for this fundraising project. Organisations are free to adapt the Take On 250 theme.
- Session 2: 7 December 2023, 1pm to 2pm – Check in session and resource – This will be a continuation of the previous session, an opportunity for members to share their ideas on the variations of the project and how they have found setting it up. A chance for feedback, questions to RNIB and sharing experiences so far. (Please note: This session replaces the monthly Fundraisers Forum on 7 December 2023, 1pm to 2pm. If you are registered on the Fundraisers Forum, you will need to register separately for this session if you haven’t already done so and you did not register for the previous session on 19 October.)
- Session 3: 8 February 2024 – Update, 1pm to 2pm – Are you ready for the launch date in spring? What creative ideas have you come up with? This is an opportunity to share and get feedback. Do you need any more advice or support with resources? Lisa who works for the social media department at RNIB will join us and share tips on promoting Take On 250 on socials.
- Session 4: 11 April 2024, 1pm to 2pm – After launch – A chance for members to feed back on your launch. What worked for you, what didn’t and an opportunity to ask any questions from RNIB. This is a chance to celebrate successes or work on failures. A chance for members and RNIB to know what worked and what didn’t.
