This forum is for Blind and Partially Sighted CEO’s and leaders across the Visionary network to support each other, share learning and discuss strategy around lived experience. The forum will be facilitated by Alison Evans at Blatchington Court Trust.

In August, we will focus on connecting with fellow other VI members in a leadership role. This will be a mix of discussion and development on the suggested speaker session for the HR topics.

Questions to think about during this session include:

• What HR questions would you like support with?
• Are they specifically around VI topics or a general HR requirement?

We want the session to be as helpful to you as possible so please come along with some suggestions. We look forward to connecting with you and moving forward with this topic.
