Volunteer Administration Intern

Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: Based on Living Wage Foundation rates,
Contract: Fixed Term 9 months, full time 36 hours per week

Thomas Pocklington Trust is a national charity dedicated to delivering positive change for blind and partially sighted people.
The Volunteer Administrator will play a role in supporting the development of Volunteering across Thomas Pocklington Trust (TPT). You will be responsible for providing high quality administrative recruitment and retention support to the Volunteering Team and business partners within TPT.
You will be supporting volunteers through the recruitment process, sending out news letters, and providing general administrative support to the volunteering team
You will need good communication skills, ability to use Microsoft office and a passion for learning new things, along with excellent customer service skill. If this sounds like you, please see how to apply below.
To be eligible for this Intern Programme you must have lived experience of sight loss. The programme runs for 9 months, where you will gain valuable work experience and training. You will also have access to a mentor and support to find permanent employment.
