Visionary Annual Conference 2017- Exhibition booking now open!

Do you provide services or products of interest to those in the sight loss and charity sectors?  Exhibiting at this year’s Visionary Annual Conference is a good opportunity to network, showcase and share information with your colleagues.  Exhibitors and delegates from around the UK take part in our conference every year and we are always happy to welcome new organisations.

The exhibition will be held at the Aston Conference Centre in Birmingham, on Wednesday 1 November 2017 from 08:00 to 17:00.

The theme - Unlocking Potential, Creating Value – recognises that local sight loss charities make a significant difference to the lives of the people they support.  There is huge potential amongst Visionary members, as well as in the wider sight loss sector, to make an even bigger impact but it is not always possible to realise this due to funding and time pressures.  Through the core Visionary team, our corporate partners and, most importantly, the collective Visionary network, we support local sight loss charities to deliver efficient and effective services of a consistently good quality that build upon the achievements already made in improving the lives of blind and partially sighted people.

Programme

Following feedback from last year’s event, we have revised the timings this year, allowing extra time for networking, workshops and the exhibition.  Further details can be found in the Provisional programme.  We have also relocated the exhibition to the bar area of the venue and added it as a workshop choice to ensure a high footfall.

Booking and fees

The cost of an exhibition space is £280 including VAT.

Spaces are limited, so will be offered on a first come first served basis, restricted to one per organisation.

To reserve a place please complete the online Exhibition Booking Form by 5pm on 15 September 2017.

Further details regarding logistics of exhibiting at the conference, such as set up times and the delivery items to the venue will be provided once bookings are confirmed.
