Membership band Band A - Voluntary led or £50,000 or less - FreeBand B - £50,001 - £150,000 - £30Band C - £150,001 – £250,000 - £50Band D - £250,001 - £500,000 - £150Band E - £500,001 or more - £225 Please note: Your membership band is based on your total annual income for your last complete accounting year.Total income is as per the Charity Commission definition and is usually referred to in your annual accounts as “total incoming resources” which includes all sources of income such as fundraising, contracts, grants, legacies etc.One off exceptional items can be excluded from total annual income for purposes of membership banding if disclosed upfront. We acknowledge that as a member if the charity is dissolved while we are a member, or within twelve months after we cease to be a member, to contribute such sum (not exceeding £10) as may be demanded towards the payment of the debts and liabilities of the charity incurred before we cease to be a member, and of the costs charges and expenses of winding up, and the adjustments of winding up, and the adjustment if the rights of the contributories among themselves.
